ANY WAY (written as two words) means “in any manner” or “by any means”.

To get them to do the job, they often bribe them anyway they can. ❌

ANYWAY (written as a single word) means “nonetheless” or “regardless”.

I didn’t support it; she did it any way (this means that she did it in just any manner she could do it).

I didn’t support it; she did it anyway (this means that she did it notwithstanding that I didn’t support it).

ANYWAYS is an informal or colloquial form of “anyway”, which could be used in casual interactions but better avoided in formal talks or writings.
